Maggie, the AI business assistant that explains what is happening across your stores
Maggie reads across every Mendly product you use, plus connected data, and answers in plain language. Instead of opening five dashboards to piece a story together, you ask one question and get the explanation, the evidence, and a place to act.
Ask the business what is happening, and why.
What Maggie does
- Ask why sales dropped, which store has repeat complaints, or who missed a task
- Available from the main dashboard and inside each product
- Connects sales, complaints, tasks, schedules, and hiring into one answer
- Forecasts and recommends next steps; Agents handle the doing
Ask Maggie
“Why are sales down at Maple Street this week?”
Maggie checks sales in Management, complaints in Customer Experience, tasks and schedules in Workforce, and answers with the explanation, the evidence, and a next step.

Maggie FAQ
Maggie is included with every plan. Plans start at $99 a month with 5 locations.
See Mendly pricingIs Maggie a separate product I pay for?
No. Maggie is the intelligence layer across the platform and is included with every plan. What changes by plan is how much context Maggie has (more products, richer answers) and how many AI credits are included each month.
What is the difference between Maggie and Mendly Agents?
Maggie explains: it answers what is happening and why, correlates data across products, forecasts, and recommends. Agents do: they execute reusable skills and workflows in Mendly and in outside systems, with logs, approvals, and spending limits. Both draw from the same AI credit pool; agent runs generally cost more than a question.
What happens when I use up my AI credits?
You see it coming: usage is visible in the product with a warning before you run out. If you do, buy 1,000 credits for $20 and keep going, or move up a plan. Maggie's non-AI screens keep working either way.
Start with one store, one product, or one chore you are tired of.
Add your locations, pick the products you need, and give the pilot enough time to prove itself. Maggie and a pool of AI credits come with every plan.
